Hi there! My name is Amber Bryan, an Ohio native living in Columbus. Currently, I am living life in limbo, juggling being an artist, friend, daughter, sister, and photographer all at the same time. Working both as associate photographer for Lauryn Byrdy Photography during the week and a second shooter on the weekends has engulfed me in new experiences and techniques that enhance my own photos daily. I hope you enjoy taking a look at my current work.
Photography is one of my greatest passions in life; pursuing a degree in Art has challenged me to see photographs as more than just a memory, but as a work of art. I strive to catch intimate, special moments in a beautiful, unique, and meaningful way. Be it the faces your baby makes while he is dreaming or the tears in your mother’s eyes as you say ‘I do’, life’s moments are too precious and fleeting to be quickly forgotten. Beautiful photographs are my way of bringing joy to you and those that you love.

I like the way you use a narrow depth of focus to draw attention to you subjects. And your use of color and light reminds me of your woodcut art. I’m looking forward to seeing more of your work, especially your “random” studies.
It was great seeing you last night. The best part of having been a coach is being associated with such awesome people and watching them fulfill their potential.
